What you need to do:
Download and print the Festive Fund form below.
Download and read the EKHUFT policy on Building and Fire Safety at Christmas at the bottom of this page.
Agree with your team which items you would like to purchase.
Make purchases and keep all receipts.
Complete the form, get the Ward Manager’s signature and take it to the Cash Office with receipts attached. The cashier will refund you for these purchases.
Please note: All electrical equipment must be PAT Tested before use. All claims to be made by 31st December 2024.
