Luisa Fulci

Luisa has 20 years’ corporate commercial experience with significant revenue targets and budget responsibilities.  Throughout a diverse career spanning strategy consulting, telecom start-ups, and at Royal Mail as Commercial Director, Luisa has improved quality of service for customers by delivering improvement initiatives that focus on customer needs.   

Prior to joining East Kent Hospitals, Luisa was a Non-Executive Director at Camden and Islington NHS Trust, where she focused on digital transformation, and a Non-Executive Director at CILEx Regulation, the independent regulator of CILEx lawyers. At CILEX Regulation, Luisa focused on the development of a more diverse legal profession.
