No, you have to follow the same approvals and Procurement process (Medical Devices process for medical equipment). The charity is simply agreeing to fund once the usual approvals are in place.
The portal is very straight forward and user friendly, if you do get stuck please contact us.
Once your application reaches us, it will be logged within 7 working days and you will receive an email confirming your unique reference number. The application will then be reviewed and put forward for funding. In the meantime, you can keep up to date with the progress of your application via the portal.
This will depend on the funding source (East Kent Hospitals Charity, League of Friends etc) as the Boards all meet at different times but it should take no longer than 3 months to let you know if funding has been approved. Just call us with your unique reference number and we can let you know where your application is at any time.
If we have all the approvals in place then we will issue order instructions, if not we will let you know what is outstanding from the Trust approval process.
No, the Procurement process is exactly the same for the Trust, just different budget codes so you will need to identify someone in your team who can raise requisitions
Our donors really are amazing and we want to celebrate the real difference they make. Send us you completed impact statement and photos and we can share.
