Chief Nurse Fellowship

The fellowship is a professional development opportunity and is funded by East Kent Hospitals Charity and sponsored by our chief nurse and midwifery officer Sarah Hayes. It is helping to build the next generation of leaders in nursing, midwifery and the allied health professions.

The Fellows are released from clinical duties one day a week for a year for professional development, and will also deliver an improvement project.
