Our Helping Your Hospitals Appeal supports staff wellbeing.

Thanks to the support of our communities, we have been able to fund wellbeing projects and initiatives since 2020, initially for day to day wellbeing items such as fridges to keep drinks cold for those staff wearing PPE, walkie talkies to ensure that teams could communicate during the height of the pandemic, and calm and peaceful outdoor wellbeing spaces that staff could use.

Over the past four years, our focus has evolved, and we have been funding other projects addressing emotional wellbeing and trauma resilience.

£124,000
