Our Helping Your Hospitals Appeal supports staff wellbeing throughout the Covid 19 pandemic.

Thanks to the support of our communities, we have been able to fund well-being projects and initiatives since 2020, initially for day to day well-being items such as fridges to keep drinks cold for those staff wearing PPE, walkie talkies to ensure that teams could communicate during the height of the pandemic, and calm and peaceful outdoor well-being spaces that staff could use.

Over the past three years, our focus has evolved, and we have been funding other projects addressing emotional wellbeing and trauma resilience.

In the previous financial year, we funded over £30,000 worth of projects aimed at improving staff wellbeing, and since April 2022, a further £38,000.
